about me
I’m currently a manager, facilitator and lead designer at TwoCollaborate, a boutique consulting firm based in Sydney.
During my time here, I’ve learned a multitude of change methods, with the MG Taylor method being the most influential.
This approach has shaped how I connect with people, design and facilitate workshops, prototype concepts, and unearth solutions through the power of collaboration.
What sets me apart as a designer is my ability to combine creativity with facilitation and strategy. I bring:
Strong technical expertise across multiple design disciplines
A deep understanding of group dynamics and change management
Natural strengths in public speaking, teaching and facilitation
An inquisitive mindset paired with a broad general knowledge
An open and empathetic approach, balanced with decisiveness and clarity

my personal philosophy
This self perpetuating sunflower visual is a metaphor that best represents my philosophical outlook:
Design and plant a good foundation for an idea
Allow it to grow and develop through the struggle of external challenges and obstacles
Remove any toxic elements that impede it's growth
The idea will eventually blossom and glow, flowering into it's zenith
The energy from this idea will then return to embrace those who believed in it
This image is an example of a generative scribe - a visual that can be used to inspire, or a metaphor that a group of people can align with.
This is how I represent eternal growth, whether it be within a business context, or an individual scale.

jack of all trades, master of many
The above tagline is a personal motto that I strongly align with. It’s my take on the “jack of all trades, master of none” cliche that is used to limit an individual’s curiosity and box them into a narrow, specialised path.
In fact, the original 17th English phrase used to be “jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”. The second half was quietly eroded over time, leading to a statement whose original meaning was completely lost and distorted.
Rather than being a niche specialist whose approach and outlook is as rigid as their job, I consider myself a generalist who can flexibly adjust and pivot my skillset to suit specialised needs. It’s allowed me to stay relevant, scale my growth, and find unique opportunities that require a multi-disciplinary approach.
