I’m a creative problem solver focused on translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals that educate, influence, and align people around a common goal.
I’ve worked with 30+ organisations across various industries, helping teams untangle complexity and unlock new insights through the power of workshop facilitation and visualisation.
Alongside my work at TwoCollaborate, I’m also a trainer at Collaboration Campus, where I teach visual thinking for problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.
I can help you:

develop a strategy

visualise a concept

facilitate a workshop

train an organisation

scribe an event

dj a celebration
Like an ibis sifting through a bin of possibility, I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty and think outside the box (or inside the bin).
These birds will rummage relentlessly until they find what they’re searching for - and I see the creative process much in the same way.
Often you don’t know what the end result will be, but you intuitively trust in yourself, your abilities, and the process enough to know it will definitely be worth the wait.

SKILLSET
Wielding a wide array of creative, analytical & practical expertise to solve complex challenges and deliver results

A unique skill I’ve cultivated in my consulting career is the fine art of facilitation. It requires understanding how to manage the energy and expectations of a group of individuals, guiding them towards a feeling of psychological safety in order for them to collaborate effectively, share their insights without fear of judgement, and ultimately lead them towards a desired goal.
During these workshops, I also explore themes and connections across different ideas before synthesising them together via a high-level illustration that captures the essence of what was said. This is otherwise known as graphic scribing, which merges the worlds of strategy, design and facilitation through a highly engaging piece of performance art.
