Objectives
Collaboration Campus specialises in transformational education programs, helping individuals navigate change through practical methods, activities, and mindset shifts through their capability training. During their next phase of growth, they wanted to consolidate this expertise into a cohesive suite of literature — resources that could be sold commercially to change practitioners and also provided as companion material within their Creative Leadership and Collaboration training course. The brief called for a consistent design scheme across a series of five interconnected resources.

Outcome
The suite included a Method Book offering an in-depth look at the evolution of change methods, covering 28 distinct approaches across transformational, transactional, tactical, and strategic change. A standout feature was a three-page fold-out timeline mapping the evolution of change theories across more than two millennia. This was paired with an Activity Book containing 88 facilitation activities, each presented as a tear-out double-page card designed for direct use in workshops, and a set of Change Cards featuring over 155 change variables mapped across the PESTLE framework, designed to prompt deeper conversation and consideration when implementing strategy.
The library also included a Visual Thinking Workbook, which I both co-authored and designed, distilling my own learnings as a graphic scribe and visual thinker onto the page. The Change Toolkit has been highly successful commercially and critically, winning a Good Design Award in 2023.
