Organisational Story Mural
An illustrative mural used to display an organisation's story, values, services & purpose

The digital version of Street Side Medic's mural overview of their not-for-profit organisation.
Objectives
Street Side Medics is a not-for-profit organisation that provides primary healthcare directly to the people experiencing homelessness. These are vulnerable members of society who either don't have the means to go to hospital or distrust the system entirely.
Streetside Medics commissioned this project to visually illustrate an organisational summary that could quickly communicate their mission, values, origin story, service locations, and the range of services they provide in a highly engaging mural. The goal was to give clients, partners, and new staff an immediate, visual way to absorb the organisation's story, and connect on a tangible and emotional level that words alone could not provide.

These were the initial sketches outlining the layout for the mural, as well as the comic book inspired origin story.
Outcome
The project resulted in a digitally mural, printed onto foam panels and finished with custom whiteboard-lined material. This allowed key stats and location details to be updated by hand at any time, future-proofing the mural so it could evolve alongside the organisation rather than needing to be reprinted and redesigned. At the CEO's request, the mural was also designed to split into four separate panels — meaning that if Street Side Medics ever relocated offices, the artwork could be safely transported and reassembled rather than lost to a single wall installation.
The response to the finished piece was strongly positive, with the organisation gaining a piece of art that doubles as a living, functional tool for onboarding and storytelling. The modular, portable design has meant the mural can move and adapt with the organisation for as long as it exists.
